Uncover your uniqueness

ICONIC FOUNDATIONS

3 deep dive sessions where we uncover what makes you ICONIC, the basis for positioning you as an industry leader and transforming your business in line with your wild ambition. 

What to expect

  • We uncover what it feels like to be the CEO. More time to work out. More time to travel. Just more time in general to do the things you love. Let’s factor that in. 

  • We dive into the business. What work are you doing? What does your support team look like? What are they doing? How are they doing it? What does it feel like in your business? 

  • We check in with your legacy. What results does your program get? What are you known for? What do you want to be known for? What is the gap in the market you fill? How do you see yourself becoming the authority in your industry? 

  • We’ll tap into your thought leadership. What needs to change in your industry? What works? What are the gaps that others are missing?

  • We’ll discover your unique framework. How does it work? Who does it work for? Is your experience and expertise deeply integrated into it? 

PHASE 2

Translating your uniqueness

ICONIC PROGRAM

The crux of our work. Where we transform your existing program to not only become the beating heart of your business, but so good it becomes the GO TO in your industry.

What to expect

  • I will personally deep dive into your program focusing on the customer journey: sales process, client onboarding, client experience, client learning journey, feedback and client off boarding AND client delivery (the back end of your business). I’ll look at systems, processes, and your current team (are they the A players you need?). The aim is to identify the gaps and weaknesses so that as you scale it doesn’t break under the pressure.

  • I’ll then create your bespoke ICONIC action plan -a detailed document which identifies the strategic action points and practical next steps you and your team need to take to program to become the beating heart of your business AND to be of such high quality it becomes an industry leader

  • We’ll then use that as the basis for our action calls; you’ll have 2 a month, where we have a specific focus for accountability, troubleshooting and decision making, so that we can make it happen quicker than if you were on your own. 

  • I’ll also review any work you complete outside of our calls, plus share any templates and resources you may need as we go.

PHASE 3

Simplifying your business

ICONIC FREEDOM

The final step of our work- simplifying your sales, marketing and operations of your business, and removing YOU as much as possible, so that you can focus on what matters most. 

What to expect

  • Using the assessment from phase 2, I’ll identify where the work needs to be done to simplify your business so you can become the leader you know you are.

  • I'll create a bespoke action plan to make this reality, so that we know the gaps are being filled and your business is scalable. 

  • Simplified team- we'll work on a lean team approach- so that you have the right support for the business to run as efficiently as possible now and in the future, so that you can work predominantly in your zone of genius (and so can your team)

  • Simplified marketing- Using your framework, we’ll look at how it can underpin your marketing strategy, so that it seamlessly links to your program. This is what will elevate YOU to Industry leader. 

  • We'll do this over 2 months, with the same rhythm of calls as phase 2 and the additional support when you need it.

  • A 60 minute zoom call where I talk you through your unique ICONIC Action plan and answer any questions you may have

  • A 90 day action plan for transforming your program

  • 2 x 60 minute calls per month for accountability, troubleshooting and decision making support. 

Phase 3: Iconic Freedom​

  • A 60 day action plan for simplifying your sales, marketing and operations. 

  • A 60 minute zoom call where I talk you through your Freedom Action Plan and answer any questions you have

  • 2 x 60 minute calls per month decision making, accountability and trouble shooting.

A personal slack channel, for all the questions you and your team have in between calls, and a place to get my eyes on your work when needed.

Rachel, you’re UK based and I live in the US- can we work together?

Yes! All of our work is done virtually. The majority of my clients are in GMT, EST and CST time zones. If you are in the US, our calls will be in the morning (your time). Payments are also available in USD. 

Why do I need to complete an application when I schedule a call?

We're both busy people, so by getting you to fill out key questions before we speak, I can make sure that we're not wasting your time if you're not a right fit. If you do look like a good fit it means when we get on a call I can answer more of your questions.
